1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 63free2 ("we", "us", "the Company", "63free2") with respect to your use of the 63free2 online gaming platform accessible at 63free2.net and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 63free2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

Providing false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 63free2 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.

• You must not share your 63free2 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your 63free2 account, including family members, friends, or associates.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

63free2 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, major credit and debit cards, and USDT TRC20. All transactions on 63free2 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100, subject to change as stated on the cashier page.
• Deposits are credited to your 63free2 wallet in real time for GCash and Maya, and within standard processing times for bank transfers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Gameplay Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 63free2 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the 63free2 platform in a manner that does not reflect genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker variants or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the 63free2 system to generate unfair winnings. Any such winnings will be voided, and the bug must be reported to support immediately upon discovery.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 63free2 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 63free2 Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 63free2 content.
• Use the 63free2 brand name, logo, or any associated marks for commercial purposes or in any manner that implies endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 63free2 Platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 63free2, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

63free2 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action) may result in temporary service unavailability, for which 63free2 shall not be liable.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not fully enforceable, 63free2's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 63free2 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

Data is shared only with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations, or with regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.

12 Account Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated 63free2 account at any time.

Termination by You: You may request closure of your 63free2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receiving your closure request, 63free2 will process any pending withdrawal of your available balance to your verified payment method before closing the account. Accounts with active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements may have those bonus funds deducted prior to final balance withdrawal.

Termination by 63free2: 63free2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Involvement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Instructions from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.

In cases of termination for breach of these Terms, 63free2 reserves the right to void all pending and historical winnings and forfeit the account balance, subject to applicable law.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your use of the 63free2 Platform, or any breach thereof shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 63free2.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other of the dispute in writing, either party may refer the matter to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law. The venue for any formal legal proceedings shall be the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 63free2 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or the integrity of the Platform.
